All things in the world that require sustained efforts to witness results are difficult to adhere to.

Fitness is, of course, there are many things in life, such as learning musical instruments, making ceramics and so on.

Why is it so difficult to keep fit? Many people say they have no time, many people say they can’t practice without money for private education, and others say it’s hard to refuse to invite friends around to dinner every day.

Seriously, the reason is that you are not firm enough to do one thing.

3. It’s always late to get off work, and often three or five friends make an appointment to eat and go shopping, or all kinds of temptations make it difficult for you to refuse, so you put down the arrangement for fitness.

4. Maybe you don’t like some of the promotion of the gym, maybe you don’t like your coach, all of which may be the reason for you to give up.

So how to arrange fitness to better stick to it?

1. Clearly know what you want?

Are you working out for health?

In order to eat more delicious food to exercise?

Or to shape your body?

Want to improve your performance?

Or “both force and form”?

Just to drink a few more cups of soy sauce yesterday to burn calories?

No matter what kind of purpose, first of all, you should clarify what you want, and then we can strive around our goals.

2. Reasonably arrange your own time allocation

When you have a clear goal, you can allocate your time and reasonably arrange the time for work, study, life and fitness.

For the 9-to-5 working party, people who are just beginning to exercise can try the exercise frequency of 3-5 times a week, choose the time after work every day, or choose the time in the morning (PS: the specific time depends on their actual situation), and keep the exercise time at more than half an hour.

3. Calculate the distance and time between living place, working place and gym (Studio)

If you can, try to choose a gym (Studio) closer to home, because you can go home to rest and enjoy food and life after exercise.

4. Evaluate the quality and cost performance of the gym (Studio)

From the perspective of specialty, service, environment, site equipment, etc., specialty determines whether your desired results can be achieved within the expected time;

Service determines whether you will continue to exercise here in the later stage;

The environment determines whether you have the feeling of relieving stress and the motivation of continuous exercise here;

Venue equipment determines whether you have the direct needs to meet your fitness exercise;

If a gym (Studio) has the above conditions and the price is within its own acceptance range, it can basically start

5. Find a partner to exercise together. Of course, those who have the same goal and can supervise and work together. It doesn’t matter if you can’t find it. After all, most of the time, fitness is a person’s battle.

6. Evaluate the changes of various indicators of your body at regular intervals, and intuitively see that your progress can increase and motivate yourself. You can also set some target rewards for yourself, such as reducing body fat rate by 5%, rewarding yourself to buy a lipstick, or buy your favorite game console, etc.

7. Finally, it is very important to believe in yourself and give yourself psychological hints all the time. Find a design, make an effect picture after your fitness, and look at it every day. I believe you will have enough power to pack up and go to the gym!
